("HCS" "we," "our," or "us") may collect from you, an entity you represent or that you may provide when you use the website(s) www.aidaforparents.com and/or www.aidahealthcare.com and any other websites created and maintained by HCS (collectively, the "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This Policy applies only to information that we collect from the Website, and not to information collected by us offline, through any third-party, or by any third-party that may be accessible or linked to or from the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Website or provide any information to us. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Website after any revisions we make to this Policy constitutes your acceptance and agreement to those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

We may collect information (1) when you provide it to us, including when you register to use our websites; (2) when someone in your organization registers on your behalf or asks that you be added as a user; and (3) automatically through the Website.

Information You Provide to Us. When you use the Website, you may choose to provide us with Personally Identifying, Organization and Non-Personal Information, including when you:

o   Complete and submit forms on the Website, including registration, website tools, advanced filters, preferences and contact us.

o   Report a problem with the Website.

We do not collect Personally Identifying or Organization Information automatically, with the exception of IP addresses which may be collected automatically and are only used as described below. We may use aggregated, non-identifying Organization Information provided by or collected from and about you and the organization you represent to track, evaluate, and develop reports reflecting usage, industry trends and patterns.

We may also use information in any other way we may describe at the time you provide the information to us, and for any other purpose with your consent.

1.     DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION.

We do not share your Personally Identifying or Organization Information with third parties in any manner not described in this Policy.

We may disclose aggregated, non-identifying Organization Information and Non-Personal Information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual:

o   To third parties to help us improve the Website.

o   To make information and reports about industry trends and patterns available to Website users.

Also, the website may use your phone number and email to provide you with an access code to contact the care providers you've selected.

o   For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide Organization Information and Personally Identifying Information with your consent.

We may also disclose your Organization Information and Personally Identifying Information:

o   To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

o   If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of HCS or its affiliates, customers, or others.

You can "opt-out" of receiving emails from us at any time by following the instructions included in your email or by sending a reply stating your request, and we will make the requested changes. Whether you opt out of receiving promotional emails or not, HCS reserves the right to email or otherwise C you with respect to important information, notices or changes relating to our products and services.

3.     ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION.

You can review and change your Organization Information and Personally Identifying Information by sending us an email at contactus@aidaforparents.com to request access to, or to correct or delete any of your Organization Information or Personal Information. We may decline your request to change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

4.     DATA SECURITY.

We take appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures (collectively “Security Measures”) to protect your Personally Identifying Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These Security Measures are periodically reviewed and, if necessary, updated to ensure they meet current generally accepted standards. Furthermore, only authorized personnel have access to Personally Identifiable Information. Such employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of this sensitive data.

No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information that is transmitted to us electronically.  Any transmission of Personally Identifying Information is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for failure or circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we may have in place to protect your Personally Identifying Information.

5.     CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13.

The Website is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Website or provide any information to HCS directly or through the Website. If we learn that Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 is collected, we will delete that information from our systems.
